About Priscilla (Prichy)Hudson

Priscilla has thoroughly enjoyed The Bahamas since moving here in 1975 and has been able to witness the real estate transformation taking place in the islands. She has over ten years experience in the Real Estate Industry. Through hard work, dedication and training she became a licensed Broker in 2003, she also holds de BRI (Bahamas Real Estate Institute) designation and is a proud member of The Bahamas Real Estate Association.
Before becoming a real estate professional, she spent seven years in offshore private banking, eight years in marketing and retail business, she is a self taught webmaster who’s had several websites of her own design among them is the one you are viewing. However, while Priscilla embraces the convenience of modern technology, she strongly believes there’s nothing that replaces the personal touch.
In July 2006 she joined the Nassau office of COLDWELL BANKER LIGHTBOURN REALTY as a Sales Broker concentrating in Luxury Residential Real Estate for the islands of Nassau and Paradise.
She has dedicated many hours of community work to The Hispanic Women’s Club of Nassau where she served as president for two terms. Priscilla is a former committee member of WOMAN Trade Show, 1986-1994, a local women’s organization which raised funds for the less fortunate; but she likes to say that her greatest achievement is to be the mother of her three sons.

PRISCILLA was born in Guatemala a country in Central America and from her native country there are memories she holds dear to her heart among them her admiration and fascination for the Resplendent Quetzal the most beautiful, misterious and rare bird in the world - and also the national bird of Guatemala. To Guatemalans the Quetzal represents freedom as the Quetzal would die in captivity. Here is a photo of the Quetzal compliments of www.losgringoslocos.net

In flight The Quetzal is a fascinating sight with its tail extending long behind

Guatemala enjoys a large variety of birds in the highlands and mountain forests.
I am a member of The New Providence Community Church, a non-denominational Christian church located on Blake Rd. Nassau. Main service is held on Sundays at 11:00 a.m.
